RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to return an item, provided that the item is eligible for return (see our Return Conditions below). Please follow the steps below:
REQUEST A RETURN
Send an email to info@dekalog-official.com including your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive a suitable return shipping label.
RETURN THE ITEM
Place the item(s) you wish to return together with a copy of your invoice inside the package in which you received your order.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and with all security tags attached.
Drop off your parcel at a DHL service point or visit the DHL website to arrange collection.
Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Once we have received the returned item, your refund will be processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, complete (including boxes, accessories, covers, tags, brochures, etc.), and in their original packaging together with your delivery note. Damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled products cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT DEKALOG.CO
Dekalog accepts exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the products have not been damaged and/or used and that the applicable conditions are met.
If you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service.
DISCLAIMER
Please note that Dekalog accepts no responsibility for goods returned using a method or carrier other than the prepaid return label provided.
REFUNDS
For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different credit card than the one originally used to place the order.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that refund processing times may vary depending on your banking institution and may take up to 14 days after receipt of your returned item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire thirty days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
Reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the applicable period.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
– for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines except subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:
– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
– for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
