You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

1. REQUEST A RETURN
Please send an email to dearwendy@mail.de stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. To help us identify and process your return, please include your order number and the item or items concerned.

We will provide you with return instructions. Your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on receiving our confirmation.

2. RETURN THE ITEM
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Please package the goods securely. Where possible, include a copy of your order confirmation or otherwise clearly state your order number inside the parcel. Use of the original shipping packaging is recommended but not required.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the return has been processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS
You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical store. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for such inspection. Missing tags, signs of wear, stains, damage or incomplete accessories may result in a deduction from the refund where they have caused a loss in value. They do not automatically invalidate the statutory right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

REFUNDS
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
This Return Policy does not limit your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive such an item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate instructions. Where a complaint is justified, we will bear the necessary return shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when you or the designated third party acquires physical possession of the last item.
